In this episode, I had the opportunity to talk to Gvsu lacrosse defender Karsten Vaughn. Karsten and I talked about how he started playing lacrosse his junior year and what it was like learning the sport. We also talked about his transition to college lacrosse and how different the play is in college compared to high school. Lastly, we talked about his family support and what that means to him.
