Episode 10 - Glass half full mindset in a uncertain world with Ricky Esterquest, Managing Partner of Towards Better, a small community organisation in Townsville, QLD. He has been involved in the lives of people with a disability for the past 15 years and believes that both individuals and communities have assets, strengths, and contributions. He works with individuals and organisations to uncover those strengths, create valued social roles for people and to re-design organisations to deliver more value to people. He has held a variety of roles including Community Development Worker, Service Design Manager, Trainer & Assessor, and Community Consultant. He looks at the “Glass Half Full” on an individual and community level and believes everyone can be involved in ordinary community life.
