To be at your most productive requires consistent upkeep of oneself. This encompasses mental health as well as exercising, reading, journaling, meditating, keeping your environment clean and neat, and keeping a close relationship with God. In this episode I discussed the 4 keys that you need to keep in place to be at your most productive self.  Productivity is an essential part of feeling motivated and on one's purpose, and as I myself am starting to get back into the routine for the year with university and work starting back up again, as well as hitting the gym on a consistent basis - It is important to brush up on these 4 keys for being at one's most productive state. I have found over the last few years that when I do these 4 things, I am able to sustain being productive for so much longer. I also spoke about countering procrastination and procrastinating.
