Hello and Welcome to Better than Yesterday! Today's episode is about the topic of one's capacity, and specifically the capacity to have many productive things in one's daily schedule. This is something that I have thought about a lot, and has been carefully implemented into my life to greatly increase my own capacity. I have gone from being able to focus on one thing to having many different activities and responsibilities that require time of me. I have done this by treating my capacity like a muscle, and working on it. I also discuss how you can implement downtime to avoid things like burnout and be as effective as possible.
