Hello and Welcome to Better Than Yesterday! Daniel and I are pleased to be back and together to talk to you about what we have learned from working out on a consistent basis for the last year. We talk about how taking the gym more seriously has improved various areas of our lives. Making the gym a part of your discipline is something we believe all young people should do. We talk about the benefits we have gained in terms of gaining respect from peers, growing in confidence and even valuable life lessons that are taught by working out consistently. The gym is something we plan to keep prioritizing for the rest of our adult lives and Having now completed 6 months of bulking, we are aiming to go into the summer with plenty of muscle definition as we begin to cut now.
