Special solo podcast on the move- this one was quick and random done while driving car, I really wanted to share something which was on my mind while I was on the move. Have tried to explain how investment on self can turn your fortune. In order to have a synchronized mind and body to perform better and grow every day, just working out in gym will never help, neither will just sitting and reading books- your physiology plays a crucial role when it comes to action and so is your thinking when it is needed to make a decision. Mind and body works together for incredible results only when they move together.

What is the frequency of you learning and upgrading, as mentioned in my podcast? Example of Atul who upgraded the same course for 3 times- which I say is "Power Of Learning" just to implement systematically what you have learned in a workshop or any seminar.  Atul from starting fresh career pre-pandemic (late 2019)- to have more clients than his friend coaches during pandemic (2020) to opening a gym post pandemic (end of 2021)?

I have a story to tell you- "DONT STOP CHASING YOUR DREAMS" - You can be very close to what you really want to do, PERIOD.
