new month, new opportunities.
here are some little things i’m implementing this month and some ideas for you!
my march little focuses:
waking up before 8
reading 1 book a week
posting authentically on social media
limiting social media consumption
listening more than i speak
creating more than i consume
giving more than i take
practicing handstands daily
journaling every morning
getting outside in the first hour of being awake
drinking warm lemon water first thing
and 4 more, which i mention in the episode!
