hey there!
so if you know me, you know I'm not *that* gung-ho when it comes to challenges. I think there is really a sweet spot when it comes to growth where the challenge isn't too easy nor too difficult.
this is where the project50 comes in.
project50 is a 50 day challenge to improving your state of mind.
what differentiates it from other challenges is that it is not super crazy (ahem, like 75hard).
not convinced? here are the rules (spoiler alert: no waking up at 5am and chugging green juice for #health).
project50 rules:
> wake up before 8am
> have a 1h distraction-free morning routine
> exercise for 1h a day
> read 10 pages
> enjoy a healthy diet
> dedicate 1h towards a new skill
> keep track of your progress with a journal
