Jeremy Celentano has served in a number of churches, functioning in different roles over the years. Today, he leads Activate Church in Huntington Beach, California–a church that looks significantly different than what most would consider a "typical" church today. Activate Church describes themselves as "a church of believers in Christ who intentionally reject religion and embrace faith because religion enslaves but Faith gives life." It is Celentano's vision and desire to see the church love and serve the community just as Jesus did.
