Today Dr. Camille will introduce us to her guest Dr. Lauryn Beecher, a physical therapist that specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy. Dr. Lauryn will describe what pelvic floor physical therapy is and who she sees in her practice.
They will discuss how common is not normal, with one third of women who give birth will have some form of pelvic floor dysfunction. Then, Dr. Lauryn will take us through what a visit for a child looks like and what the approach is for a child that has issues with nighttime incontinence or constipation.
