Your leadership sets the tone for polarity.
You start leading in the earliest conversations. This doesn’t mean you have to have a Rolodex of questions, but can simply mean asking follow-up questions to deepen the understanding and level of connection.
Energetically, this sets the tone for the relationship to unfold because you are demonstrating attunement to her and responding to her (super EM qualities).
Create safety in each stage.
Dating apps can be a great opportunity to practice creating safety- not only in the type, consistency, and depth of conversation but also as you’re transitioning off of that platform. Imagine using your masculine energy to support her along the way and notice how relaxed and open she is to be around.
Use all the features in the app.
Voice notes can communicate more than text. Your tonal quality will register in her body. This can communicate groundedness, playfulness, and a general sense of ease that would otherwise be missed opportunity for connection. This will also help you stand out for having used more creative forms of connection.
Reframe the redirection.
Alignment will feel fluid, so your job is to keep focusing on your ideal partner and practicing the skill of safety in building connection- this will release pressure and help you show up in a grounded and available in all your encounters. If hearing “no” is triggering, your job is to find a healthy reframe to nurture so you do not allow resentment to fester (this doesn’t mean denying it, it sounds something like “we aren’t aligned, I want an aligned partner where I can be totally myself. I know she’s out there and this is just feedback that I’m on the right track/clarifying what I really value/need”)
