Hello I am attempting to contact the Shelbyville Tennessee Dover street health department to get treated for staph. The staff at this address has been terroizing with human experimentation, contaminating antibiotics, refusing to treat parasitic infections to further health conditions. This is the third draft that was deleted remotely from your the office, they accessed my device illegally and erased the the four call attempts I had had saved recorded. The audio attached is timestamped prior to the 8AM hour, if I attempt to attach screenshots it will delete the draft.
I also want to note that in 03/2021, the employees issued A modified birth certificate created it in the office while I waited for my copy. As well they contaminated the amoxicillin prescribed to me with tetra dehydrated worms, and used my human body to encapsulate the microorganism to provide nutrition. They also worked with the cross shelter to swap my birth certificate with A fake, to provide Brandon shultz with A new identity with money from the treasury.
