In this passage, Habakkuk is learning that God has not been idol. He has been working on a plan to correct the Israelites, but it is not in the way Habakkuk was expecting. God was using a wicked army, the Chaldeans, as His instrument of punishment. The description God gives of the Chaldeans was very dramatic, yet still had a purpose. In this sermon, Pastor Christopher talks about the sovereignty of God, and how we know about that sovereignty. He breaks down the description of the Chaldeans and what God meant by each word.
