Justin Gray invests in the uncommon, partners with potential and founds the unheard of. Justin’s biggest success by far has been LeadMD, the most prominent full-service performance marketing consultancy out there. He and his team have helped over 3,500 organizations build scalable revenue engines. Justin also acts as a limited partner in Stage 2 Capital, an investment group specializing in early stage B2B tech companies that have successfully created a proper product but don’t have the revenue engine to accelerate their scaling. Similarly, Justin co-founded Gray Matter Ventures, an investment fund specializing in early-stage tech startups in Arizona. In his words, he “invests in people, not companies.” Justin and his father have now successfully transformed nearly 200 acres of farmland in Rural Missouri into a certified working organic farm. If that wasn’t enough, they’ve recently expanded into the field of CBG as well.
