Description

This week, I have the privilege of chatting with Caitlyn Howe, one of the incredible coaches at Fit For Service.

As I was preparing this introduction, I started reviewing all of the notes I’ve written down during the group coaching she’s led. There are so many beautiful insights I could revisit that would serve that purpose, but simply put, Caitlyn has been my guiding light for how to live in deeper harmony with our divinity.

In this episode, we dive into rituals and practices, what they are, why they are so important, and how we can all bring more of them into our lives. We explore joy, anger, nervousness which can also be the other side of excitement, sadness, and the non-literal death of self.

Caitlyn’s guided meditations were one of my favourite parts of FFS, often making the unconscious conscious for me, so I asked Caitlyn to do a short guided meditation at the very end of our conversation - you’ll want to make sure you listen all the way through!

If you have been enjoying the conversations, please take a moment to rate and review the Journey Podcast on Apple, Google, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever else you have been listening. I’m not an expert, but I keep hearing that it’s one of the most effective tools for growth on these platforms, so I will be incredibly grateful if you are able to help me on this journey I’m on with this podcast!

Please enjoy my conversation with Caitlyn Howe!
