He speaks about the 3630 Foundation which was started after his best friend, retired police officer Rich Schmitt, committed suicide. Rich called for counseling help and was told he had to wait a few weeks. Two days later, he killed himself. This foundation assists retired police officers in getting the counseling help that they deserve immediately. Get involved, and care for your community.
