Listen

Description

You've come to listen for good news and inspiring stories. Well today, Patty's guest has both of those in spades. Andrew Malcolm is an author, father, and veteran foreign and national correspondent with long experience at the New York Times, Los Angeles Times and currently writing a weekly national politics column at RedState.com among other topics.

Today Andrew utilizes his exemplary story telling and gives us a glimpse into some of his most memorable assignments, relationships and connections he's made along the way. From leading the caravan for the Olympic torch, or the day in the life of a Holiday Inn, an odd encounter with a dairy farmer at the site of the Battle of Waterloo, a cowboy riding from Mexico to Canada, an expatriate running a floating grocery store in Borneo, to interviewing a naked Mohammed Ali!! The list goes on and on. It’s a pleasure to hear Andrew relate these stories in a way where you feel like you are almost there. He recounts other lessons learned along the way during his career, and shares the experience that taught him to never leave anything unsaid.

Please be sure to share this with others, rate and review! It's a simple thing that keeps the show growing!
