Description

As vacant land investors, we are often asked about surveys? Are surveys always needed to sell? When are they valuable? What options are available as far as survey?

On this episode, we will be joined by Ryan Roberts, a licensed surveyor in the state of Arizona.

Ryan Started surveying in June of 2000 for a small company doing boundary surveys.

He started as a rodman and worked his way up learning to run the equipment. After working for several local surveying and engineering firms Ryan became licensed in 2009.

Although the economy was down because of the 2008 downturn, he worked as a Party chief doing construction layout for a cement plant. After the completion of the cement plant construction, he worked for the Morenci mine in eastern Arizona then Bagdad Mine in Northern Arizona.

As the economy picked up Ryan started working on days off building the survey business he started in 2010 and in 2016 he went full time as Ryno Land Surveying. Ryno Land Surveying provides boundary surveys, Topographical mapping, ALTA surveys, construction layout and land division surveys in the state of Arizona.
