We are already out of breath as we discuss our love/hate relationship with exercise as we’ve both come to the understanding that it really is just necessary for our physical and mental health! In this episode we talk about what our relationship was to exercise based on our upbringing, our parlay into sports (eek), that painful point (age 30) when we realized we could no longer maintain while up to our old tricks, and tips we’ve found for enjoying exercise in our 35ish state of mind!
