This is what we explain when we are talking Somatics. In this episode, we take deep dive into the body from the first-person perspective. By doing this we become capable of clearing up stored energy and allowing life to move through us with ease and grace.
When we understand the basic concepts that we aim to teach in somatics, then we are able to prevent dis ease (disease) in the body and in the mind. By taking a trip inward, we can start to cure ourselves of patterns and postures associated with anxiety, depression, burnout as well as back, neck, and hip pain.
