#012: Cleaning up Everyday-Use
When thinking about toxins most people don't think about items they use everyday to make life MUCH easier. Water bottles, storage containers, cooking tools, food coverings, bedding, mattresses, etc. We eat, drink, sleep, store and use these everyday, which means it matters what they're made of! They touch our skin and go into our food and bodies. Identifying how to slowly replace these creates a mini-awakening to how small changes make a huge difference in your health. If the first step is simply purchasing a glass or stainless water bottle, call it success and move on towards the next item. Before you know it, you'll be upgrading your home to more toxin-free products (and also saving money!).
