#032: Eating the Stress-Elephant, One Bite at a Time

I had BIG TIME imposter syndrome recording this, but my hope is that the simple things that've helped me might help you. You CAN begin to take a bite out of the stress and anxiety elephant. We live in an anxious world. Our lives were supposed to get simpler and easier, right? When I saw how stress was physically effecting my body I knew I would need to get uncomfortable in other ways so I could have greater ease in my everyday.
