Lena, vocalist of Infected Rain, joins me as we discussed some of the bigger lyrical themes of their upcoming record, which gave way to us talking more about mental health and our journeys through therapy and coming out the other side better equipped to handle life.
We talk about Lena and the band being from Moldova and how that was trying to be in a metal band in an area that wasn't the most supportive of the arts due to its roots firmly in the old way of life, and how the band was able to overcome that obstacle.
