We get into the decision to change the bands name, and how it was actually something he wanted to change before their last album came out. Working with Rory from Dayseeker and how that collaboration came to be.
Matt also shares how the approach to this album was different from To Better Days, how being more comfortable in who he is and what he does allowed him to lose the chip on his shoulder he had previously.
We also talk about the process for putting out new music out, the reaction to the bands newer music when the bands on the road, and some of the more creative merch items the band has been selling as of late and more in this chat with the Rain City Drive frontman.
