There is so much to do as an educator. If I had a magic wand, there is so much I would change and take off your plate. But because I don't have a magic wand, then we will just have to settle for my tried and true practices that I have learned and implemented overtime.
One of those practices was in fact simplifying my expectations. This could seem counter intuitive but it works wonders I promise.
