This is going to sound absurd. My brother told me that he works with this guy named Dan. Dan confided in my brother that he wants to get promoted but thinks he is not qualified. Each time the promotion comes up, someone else gets it. My brother told Dan to ask the supervisor why he didn’t get the promotion.
