Is it any coincidence that when we walk into #thedirtykitchen everyday, with a POSITIVE, MOTIVATED MINDSET that we come in and crush our best January since 2008??? Watch your self talk, watch what you say to others and most importantly you! Words are seeds and when you speak something over and over you are planting these ideas into your future. This is great if you are saying things like you will have your best sales month ever, you will be a great husband or wife, you will find a way to help your struggling family member no matter what it takes... But the sad fact is most people tell themselves, I don’t have time to workout, I will never get my promotion, the people I live with stop me from going after my dreams. And this is exactly the existence that they live. Take time today to audit your self talk, and focus on keeping it positive and like us, you will begin to see results ❤️
