Hello and welcome to tHRive at work! Today we are joined by the wonderful Claire Ingle, Co-founder of Fertility Matters at work. We are talking about how employers can best support their employees who are going through fertility testing or treatment. Claire had her first baby at the age of 41 after several years of trying and finally having 3 rounds of IVF/ICSI. Claire started her campaign to raise awareness on people undergoing fertility treatment and balancing work when her daughter was 5 months old; recognising there was a significant gap in workplace support. She knew from her own experience that there needed to be more awareness and focus on this very important topic.
