Lauren Marsh is the CEO and President of Ridgeline Construction, a family-run business that specializes in roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior construction for residential and commercial buildings. She has been at the helm of the business since 2012 and has grown it to a leading industry force with four locations across Alabama and Florida.
As her husband, Terry, serves as Vice President/COO, and her daughter, Lili-Grace, has joined the team, to follow in her parents' footsteps.
