In the spirit of dropping during the spooky month, I decided to present a true crime story that occurred in the early evening of Halloween night, 1974.
Eight-year-old Timothy O'Bryan was excited to dig into his haul of candy from a great evening of trick or treating, with his family and friends. After eating dinner, washing up for bed, he was finally ready to choose his treasured pick of candy as his nighttime treat. However, he would not ever get the chance to eat the rest of his candy.
After reading and preparing for this case, I think the conclusion is still a little cloudy.
