Katherine Myrvold joins to talk about Viva Farms, a Farm Business Incubator and Training Program empowering aspiring and limited-resource farmers by providing bilingual training in holistic organic farming practices, access to land, infrastructure, equipment, marketing and capital throughout the Skagit Valley. The incubator program consists of 29 farm businesses, 9 of which are Latino-owned and 44% are female-owned. The CSA program delivers local, fresh produce to Skagit and King Counties June through November.
