In this episode, I deconstruct the term ‘Ego’ its a word we use frequently in everyday parlance. It is embedded into zeitgeist of psychology (particularly Psychoanalysis) & is generally bandied about as a reference to a persons self image/self awareness (or lack thereof) it would seem to have multiple meanings & references some often confusing, contradictory or vague. Lets really take a good look at this & see if we can gain some clarity & purpose from this often elusive term. Lets also explore the interconnectedness of all beings, the illusion of separateness & how to navigate this complex paradox.
