Description

It doesn't take a scientist or a doctor to know how important sleep is for the mind, body, and soul. But not many of us are getting a steady seven to nine hours of sleep a night. Lack of sleep can affect ones overall health and can cause chronic illnesses such as diabetes and high blood pressure just to name a couple. You must quit the "I'll sleep when I'm dead" attitude. It will lead to an early grave. I promise. Sleep improves your mood, weight, and overall health. Adequate and consistent amounts of sleep are crucial for everyday living. So get some sleep. Live life recharged.
