Training Is A Lifestyle. We train for strength. We train for endurance. We train for sport. We train for longevity. WE TRAIN. But the problem is too  many of us look for excuses as to why we don't train. We look for too many excuses as to why we don't move our bodies, why we don't prep healthy, calorically dense, nutritious meals. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Enough already. Stop looking for excuses. Stop talking yourself out of a better quality of life. Less talk, more movement. Get strong. Be fast. Be a monster. Shut up and train.
