Peace ya'll. Have you ever been so focused toward a plan or a goal to a point where you started to feel pressure? Did all of this pressure put you in a vibration so low that you wanted to quit? Well I've been there plenty of times and if you're as goal driven as I am, then I'm sure you've been there as well. It's ok. You're human. It happens. Just take a step back to regroup. but never quit or walk away from a goal without seeing it through first.
Do you challenge yourself everyday? There's something amazing about a daily challenge. Daily challenges create stronger people, more disciplined people, more successful people. Challenging yourself daily makes you an overall better person, a better friend, a better partner, etc. So challenge yourself everyday. The hardest thing about a challenge is to start one. So start small.
