I had the pleasure of connecting with C. Jon Sawyer also known as the Crazy Primal Guy. CJ is a sponsored ultramarathon runner, a qualified Nutritionist, a Qigong, Breath work, and Primal Movement Instructor. C. Jon Sawyer, a native of Sydney, Australia runs a world wide Primal Healing Journey of Connection for powerful, results, driven men.
CJ dedicated his life to the pursuit of self mastery from studying Vajrayana Tantric Buddhism and Inner Fire to working with Shamanic Plant Medicines and Sacred Space Ceremony. But his journey wasn't always sunshine and rainbows. After leaving the military and succeeding in the corporate world, CJ, a self sabotaged man, wrecked relationships, friendships, careers and ran from all of his external problems. He soon realized all of the "problems" he was running from lay within him. Shortly after, CJ launched into a journey of self discovery and spiritual growth. CJ now lives in his RV touring the United States with his Wife, Lindsay and their two dogs. He currently works one on one with three people each month.
