That oh so dreaded Monday feeling. The case of the Monday's. Low energy. Stressed. Dejected. Tired. That "is it Friday yet?" feeling. We've all been there. But why? Why can't we just be present? Why can't we be in the moment? What's so special about Friday? What's so special about the weekend? We rush for the weekend to arrive and then we're back to being anxious and stressed come Sunday. A vicious cycle if I do say so myself. Stop living for the weekend. Live in the present. Be here. Be in the now.
