On this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with fitness instructor and online coach Lee Hazard. Lee's primary focus as a fitness coach is to help people begin their burpee journey. Lee is also the author of Burpees for Beginners and the host of his very own podcast Strong and conditioned. We spoke about his introduction into fitness from bodybuilding to calisthenics to burpees as well as family, nutrition and much more.
