Today was a great one, I got to sit down with my guy Elerson Smith, pass rusher for the NY Giants. We talk a little ball, but mostly the mental make up of what it took for him to get to where he's at. How he's able to see not only where he's at currently but more of the bigger picture in life. We get into how one handles to ultra competitive NFL and how he deals with it on a day to day basis and what he does to keep himself grounded.
