We love books and it’s surprising that we haven’t spoken about the role books play until now. This week’s episode is a deep dive into how books can really support everyone’s journey into anti-diet and body liberation. We uncover the reason perfectionism can actually hinder progress and how to approach books along your journey without reaching overwhelm. What were the first anti-diet, body-positive books we read, and the role they played in us seeing a glimpse of another world that validated how we were feeling when we were caught up in diet culture.
If you love books (and podcasts because we also mention those) then this is a must-listen. Check out the books/podcasts we have mentioned in this episode below.
