My first guest is one of my favorite people in the world, my father. He's had such a profound impact on my life and I'm grateful for the wisdom he shared. He recently retired after 43 years as an educator. He talks about life after retirement and while often people who retire are winding down, he's just getting started. He decided to build a brand new barn so he could host memorable and meaningful events. This summer he is hosting a conference for educational leaders.
