I met Lauren at a Crisis Intervention training this summer and recorded this episode this summer. She shares her story with such openness and authenticity. She has such an amazing heart and spirit! Genuine connection with genuine people seems to be far more rare than normal and when I met Lauren, she radiated genuineness and bluntness. We chatted, laughed, and cried during our training and my heart has a permanent impression on it form meeting her.
