Sondra’s being conscious about keeping her cup full, what with many extended therapy and counselling sessions, a dentist appointment, and the probable postponement of her wedding party due to the Netherlands being a hotspot for COVID-19. Alysia’s making little connections in business that are actually huge, and clinging to sanity and red wine around school closures (and The Conversation). They’re both seeing the positives in the current state of world affairs.
Garion washes Nyissa off his person and sheds his brief blush-inducing loincloth. He’s still a virgin, still refusing Aunt Pol’s guidance, and can’t celebrate Barak’s new son’s existence because beer and Nyissan drugs, which are still in his system, are not a pleasant cocktail. Ce’Nedra kisses him and gets coy, then hates him and runs away from his declaration that Salmissra is the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen. So, he’s still clueless also. He needs Belgarath! Good thing his hand and medallion fit perfectly to guide the old man back to them.
