Description


Dimension Two is the dimension of Reinforce. These are the interactions that will change the classroom environment the quickest. While we believe that redirections change behaviour, they don’t. Redirections provide an interruption to a behaviour, but long-term change comes from setting clear expectations and then interacting with appropriate behaviours to increase repeated instances of the same. Reinforcement is a strong interaction to encourage repeated behaviours.
