Schools and organisation’s use my research in 3 specific ways: to use the 4D research, using the 4D framework or to provide teachers with 1:1 observation. Each is connected and schools choose their own journey so that they have access to Australian research that provides data to inform their strategic directions, reinforce what is working and exposes areas that require attention. Any good school looks at regular measurement and maintenance of their strategic planning. When we have access to research and evidence-based practices, a data collection tool that is validated and provides detail and rigour, why wouldn’t you choose to use it?
