Description

With wellbeing becoming a common discussion point in schools and organisations, this episode looks at the differences between what schools do and the impact it is having on teachers’ wellbeing. Long gone are the days where wellbeing is a single compliance box on a systemic document you tick, or an afternoon get together at the local with those who are available. It is an intentional act to ensure workplaces are situated to provide the best support they can for those who do the work.
