We could all use a little more love in our lives, especially self love. This week I haven’t been feeling great, but instead of judging myself, I chose to meet myself with love and compassion. Not only did I give myself two mental health days, or as I am rebranding them, self love days, I didn’t feel guilty for taking them. Join me as I define self love for me, and so you can start defining self love for yourself.
