One important mindfulness and gratitude practice is remembering those who have helped us in our life. Even though sometimes it may seem like we make it on our own, the truth is that we all need help from others at different times in our lives. When we remember the people who have been there for us, whether it’s a family member, friend, or even a stranger, we can appreciate all the support we’ve received. practicing mindfulness and gratitude in this way can help us feel more connected to others, and remind us of the interconnectedness of all beings. Additionally, remembering those who have helped us can inspire us to pay it forward and help others in their time of need.
