Paris became the first city to host the Olympic Games twice, but before we get into the Summer Olympics of Paris 1924, we thought you might want a refresher on the confusing disaster that was the 1900 Olympics where the organizers literally went out of their way to call the event pretty much anything else other than "The Olympic Games."
