The extent to which you believe something is true, is the extent to which you will throw yourself into it. If you believe in the vision of your team, you’ll throw yourself behind it. If you don’t, you may do what you must do because of fear of consequences. But you won’t have internal motivation to go above and beyond. That is the same that gospel preaching. If we believe that the gospel is true, then with boldness, we will preach the gospel, and no obstacle will stand in our way. But if don’t believe the gospel is true, you won’t be willing to suffer for it. You won’t boldly proclaim it in the face of opposition. You’ll be silent. And you’ll be afraid.
